We collect account details such as name and email, study activity such as answers and progress, support messages you send, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Payment providers may process payment details; RecallX records transaction status and references rather than full card or mobile-money credentials.

Why we use it
We use information to provide accounts, personalize learning, track progress, operate subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and improve RecallX.

Who receives it
We use service providers for authentication, hosting, databases, email, analytics, and payments. They receive only the information needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.

Learners and schools
Where a school or tutor manages learner access, they may receive progress information connected to the learners they are authorized to support. Institutional access and reporting features will be introduced only with appropriate controls.

Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as needed for legitimate operational, security, payment, and legal purposes. We use access controls and reputable infrastructure, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support from your account email. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
